Transcript Requests

Students and alumni may purchase an official copy of their transcript by utilizing the online Transcript Ordering link below. A physical official transcript has the raised seal of the Seminary and the Registrar’s signature. Digital .pdf official transcripts are also available. The Online consent form and payment of the transcript fee must be received via the online ordering portal before a transcript will be prepared. Electronic signatures and e-mail communications are not accepted in lieu of orders placed through the online portal.

Transcripts are sent to Dioceses for current students who have authorized their release automatically at the end of each semester; students seeking transcripts for this purpose do not need to complete this process. Current students can access unofficial transcripts on the Hub at any time.

Current students will pay only the processing fees ($2.50 for physical and $3.50 for digital) for official transcripts. Alumni will pay $5 for digital and $10 for physical transcript)
