The Very Rev. Ian S. Markham, Ph.D., dean and president of Virginia Theological Seminary and the Rev. Canon Hilda K. Kabia, Principal of Msalato Theological College in Dodoma, Tanzania, are pleased to announce the renewal of their institutions’ eleven-year-old partnership.
