Our Director of the Butterfly House sends this Shout Out:

“To the Amazing Assistant Director and Teaching Team at the Butterfly House,
I just wanted to take a moment to express my heartfelt appreciation and admiration for all that you do! Your tireless efforts to provide a nurturing, engaging, and safe environment for the children are truly commendable. Your dedication to creating a positive and inclusive atmosphere is evident in everything you do. As a team, you demonstrate exceptional teamwork and problem-solving skills, ensuring that the children receive the best possible care and education. Please know that your hard work and commitment have not gone unnoticed. You are the backbone of our facility, and I am grateful for your service. I’d also like to extend my gratitude to Ms. Jacqueline Ballou. Thank you for your guidance, leadership, and unwavering support!  Thank you for all that you do to make our program shine! Keep up the fantastic work!”

Our Archivist, Denton Waits, in the Library sends this Shout Out:

“Dan Jones, the son of SVP Nicky Burridge, has volunteered to work in the archives while on a gap semester from university. He is assisting with organizing the GTS archives located at the Bishop Payne Library and will also help with transferring departmental records to the VTS archives for future preservation. Dan has brought a supportive and helpful spirit to his work, and we are grateful for his service to the mission of the archives.”

And Taryn Habberley, Chief of Staff in the Dean’s Office, sends this Shout Out:

A shoutout to the amazing team that makes up the Dean’s Office. Mr. Reggie Gravina, Technology Coordinator, not only handles all AV requests but also handles all meeting space and guest house reservations. He juggles all of these responsibilities with grace and professionalism. Ms. Christina Messenger warmly welcomes guests to the Refectory during lunch. Ms. Sharon Longley, considerately greets people in the Welcome Center, and supports other departments with other administrative tasks. Last but not least is Ms. Abigail Merk. Abby is the Dean’s Office student worker who handles a myriad of tasks that are asked or her. Thank you to the extraordinary team that makes up the Dean’s Office.

Remember I will continue to offer these Shout Outs from time to time. Send them to me and I will collect them for the occasional commentary.
