Tonight we will have the Mollegen Forum. There will be Evening Prayer at 5.15pm. Then the Mollegen Forum will start at 6.10pm.
The list of recent Mollegen Forum speakers is impressive. In 2023, we had Bishop Poggo, Secretary General of the Anglican Communion; in 2022, it was Archbishop Justin Welby; in 2018, it was Senator George Mitchell; in 2017, we had Archbishop Josiah Idowu-Fearon, the Secretary General of the Anglican Communion; and in 2016, it was Secretary Madeleine Albright.
One joy of being at VTS is that we are the crossroads of the Anglican Communion and the Episcopal Church. It is a joy to have Presiding Bishop Sean Rowe with us. His topic is central and important. He will be considering “Institutional Resistance: Theological Perspectives on Public Witness.”
