Today is a full day, which culminates in a flight to Kansas to be present at the Episcopal Parish Network. My calendar is full: meeting with the deans of the other seminaries, a lunch with Dr. Matthew Price from the Church Pension Group, a breakfast with the Rev. Dr. Charles Robertson from 815, as well as participating in a reception that shares news from VTS and GTS.
I am grateful to the team that keeps me company on this trip. There are many details that need attention. Senior Vice President Nicky Burridge is ensuring that there is a booth and a reception that is well organized and hopefully well attended.
This is an important opportunity to connect, share, and learn. We are in a significant season both as a Church and as a country. I am sure our moment will be deeply preoccupying.
