As you may have noticed if you’ve visited campus lately, there is now an eleven-dock Capital Bikeshare station on campus! Capital Bikeshare is a service that provides 5,000 bikes at 600+ stations across the metro DC area. B
ecome a member, unlock a bike, ride, and return to another Capital Bikeshare docking station. Annual membership includes unlimited trips on classic bike rides under 45 minutes.
There is also a Capital Bikeshare for All program, which offers affordable and accessible options for everyone, regardless of income. This equity-based program allows those who qualify for certain state or federal assistance programs to sign up individually, in addition to being able to join through a community partner.
Please do take advantage of this bikeshare station on campus.
