As you prepare for the ministry God is calling you into, it can be a true gift to explore the resources that will sustain and support you along the way. One such opportunity is coming soon for middlers, seniors, and Anglican Studies students who are in the ordination process preparing to be a priest in the Episcopal Church.
For over a century, Church Pension Group (CPG) has supported clergy of The Episcopal Church, walking with them from ordination through retirement. CPG will be with us on Thursday, October 23, from 5:30pm – 7:00pm in LPER for an evening of dinner and conversation. The reception will begin at 5:30pm, followed by dinner and presentation from 5:45pm – 7:00pm.
This gathering, “From Ordination → Retirement: Navigating Your Clergy Benefits,” is designed to help you:
- Prepare for Your Future Ministry: Discover how to document your ordination, learn about available financial and health benefits, and gain a clear understanding of how to qualify for the Clergy Pension Plan.
- Get Practical Tools and Resources: Learn about well-being resources that can help support you and your loved ones as you focus on your ministry.
- Connect and Unwind: Following the presentation, continue the conversation over refreshments with your peers and Church Pension Group representatives.
Please RSVP to the invitation you received and join us for this meaningful time of learning, connection, and fellowship. It’s a valuable way to begin a relationship with CPG. Spouses and partners are also welcome to attend.
