In the next few days, Ms. Taryn Habberley will circulate the employee questionnaire on Seminary leadership. The first section focuses on me; the second focuses on the Senior Staff.
Many of our internal evaluation mechanisms—those that help us assess how well we are doing—dissipated during the trauma of the COVID pandemic. This gap was identified by the ATS visiting team, who directed us to reestablish these processes and to submit a progress report by April 1, 2026. This questionnaire represents the first step in that process. All employees are invited to participate, and I want to emphasize that all responses are completely anonymous. Our goal is to receive honest and accurate feedback.
So, when the questionnaire arrives, please take a few minutes to complete it. It has been designed to take no more than five minutes of your time. Our shared goal is improvement, and I warmly welcome any additional suggestions or ideas you may have.
