On Wednesday afternoon, the faculty made the journey to Meadowkirk at Delta Farm. We are spending two night and one complete day together. It is an opportunity to refresh, connect, and build on our relationships as Faculty sharing responsibility for this remarkable place.
VTS is a strong institution for many reasons. However, one element that definitely helps is that we are Faculty body that really seeks to serve Christ and the Church. In addition, we like each other. It has been fun to learn and laugh together.
I am grateful to the Faculty Life Committee for organizing this Retreat. It has been good to have a variety of voices building the design. Thank you everyone who is involved.
