At TryTank, we believe faith formation is the most transformative investment the Church can make. It’s not a quick fix or a trendy program—it’s the long, steady work of shaping lives in the way of Jesus. And in a world that’s shifting fast, this kind of formation isn’t just helpful—it’s essential. We’re convinced it’s the closest thing we have to a “game-changer” for growing the Church and making it deeply relevant in people’s everyday lives. That’s why we’re experimenting boldly, building new pathways for people to encounter God in fresh, meaningful ways.
We’re building two new experiments in how people grow in faith today—because we believe spiritual transformation can still surprise us.
The Encounter Retreat is coming in early 2026. It’s designed especially for young adults to experience a Holy-Spirit-soaked “mountaintop moment.” Imagine the intensity and beauty of the Triduum packed into one unforgettable weekend: communal prayer, raw honesty, deep silence, and joyful praise. It’s a retreat rooted in Episcopal tradition but open to the full power of the Spirit to move. We want this to be the kind of moment that echoes for a lifetime.
FaithCoach is our other big project. Still in development, it’s a 24/7 digital coach in your pocket—tailored to your spiritual style, grounded in Episcopal teaching, and powered by AI. FaithCoach will guide users through personalized practices and plans, all adapted to where they are on their journey. We’ll be launching our first pilot group this fall.
