Today and tomorrow we have the February Board meetings. It was during our COVID season that we discovered that governance can be effective on zoom. So, as we came out of our COVID practices, the Board decided that the February Board meeting should be on zoom. This afternoon we have a GTS Executive Session Board plenary; and then tomorrow, we have the two Board Meetings.
The logistics of a Board meeting are mainly handled by Ms. Taryn Habberley, my chief of staff. I am very grateful for the way in which she navigates the complexities of agenda composition, sharing appropriate papers, and making sure everything is ready for the meeting.
So, thank you Taryn. I appreciate everything you do for the Board very much.
