Date: October 7, 2025
This week, the 2025 cohort of the Forma Certificate in Lifelong Formation gathers on campus at VTS for an in-person residency. Our group of nine learners and two facilitators is excited to experience all that campus life has to offer.
The Certificate in Lifelong Christian Formation is a joint program of Forma and Virginia Theological Seminary designed to encourage growth in formation practitioners’ competency in ministry with the Episcopal Church through well-rounded learning opportunities that shape resilient leaders who thrive in ministry. As part of our program, we engage the foundations of ministry and theological education and feel privileged to engage with VTS faculty through both our online materials and in the physical classroom this week.
You may catch a glimpse of our bright faces in the halls, on the green, and in the refectory. We believe that learning happens in community, and we hope you will help us to welcome the certificate cohort to the campus community during their short stay here.
