Here in Institutional Advancement, summer is always a time to review and prepare. The fiscal year ends on June 30, and on July 1 we turn our thoughts to how we can make our new year even better for our donors and our whole community. Lately, I have especially been thinking about all the donors who make a gift and say, “I wish it could be more.”
As Christians, we know that we are part of something much larger than ourselves. We know that God loves us regardless of the size of our gifts. Let’s give thanks that God brings us together to do what none of us could do alone. In Institutional Advancement, we are thankful for every gift, and we pray that the act of giving is as rewarding for you as it is for the many people who benefit from your generosity.
With that in mind, this year we will be seeking new ways to show you what a difference you are making at VTS and in the Church through your generosity. Stay tuned for more information about your impact and know that you are greatly appreciated.
