My son and I sat in 1823 last Wednesday. “So, Luke,” I said, “We need some pictures on the wall. What would you recommend?”
We use to have 19th century prints of church leaders. However, diversity was not one of their strengths. So Luke and I had an interesting conversation. Luke quite liked a sports bar theme – including pictures of our Seminary flag football team, the Fighting Friars. I suggested black and white images of the city of Alexandria in black frames. And so the conversation started.
It is time for you to join the conversation. What images do you think we should use to adorn the walls of 1823? I welcome your ideas and suggestions. Send me an email.
