This time of year always feels full of new beginnings. Across the Church, many of our newest graduates are settling into their first calls. Some are preaching their first sermons in new settings. Others are meeting parishioners and learning the names and stories of the communities they have been called to serve. It is exciting to imagine the faithful ministry that is just beginning to unfold.
At the same time, here at VTS, we’ve turned the page to a new fiscal year. Summer offers a chance to pause, give thanks, and prepare to welcome the students who will soon arrive to begin their own journeys of formation.
As we begin this new year together, I am grateful for you. Whether you supported VTS with gifts, prayers, encouragement, or advocacy, you are part of these new beginnings. Your generosity extends far beyond our campus, reaching the congregations and communities our graduates now serve.
