Today is giving day. It is a day when we pause and just remember that like all organizations, we need support. A home needs income; a parish needs income; and yes a Seminary needs income. And like all organizations, we have to meet a budget that needs at least $850,000 to balance the budget. And we need thousands of people to help us reach that goal.
Whether your gift is a dollar or a million dollars, they all help. The smaller gifts combine can cover spiritual direction for a student, a visiting scholar in the Wilderness, or a new purchase for the library. And the act of being counted (being one of the people who made a gift) really helps VTS. We count both the dollar amount and the participation numbers. We need both to increase. You can give here.
