Accreditation is important. It is the primary means of ensuring an appropriate quality to the educational experience. A visit from the Association of Theological Schools is an important mechanism to make sure that the educational experience corresponds to the standards. Over the last two years, the Faculty and the administration have been working hard on the “Self-Study” – a text that critically examines our work against the standards of ATS.
Starting Monday, the visiting team will be on the campus. During Tuesday and Wednesday, they will have numerous meeting, culminating in their departure on Thursday morning.
This is important work. Do please pray for our guests. And do please be hospitable to our friends as they navigate the campus.
