The summer season often arrives in its own time and leaves without warning. Welcome summer, not as hot, humid, pop-up rain showers and thunderstorms. Greet summer with the intents of long walks on the beach, movies and music in the park, backyard family gatherings, bike trails, and majestic mountains. Morning meditation on the deck as the sunrises, and the warmth of the midday summer sun, is soul care.
Permit the summer to be your time of self-dedication, reconcile with your self-care. Be kind to you, pamper you. A good spa, a good book, a good therapist, good company, or silence and solitude. May I suggest, do-it-all! The summer season will leave without notice, “Winter is Coming.” Please do not be the one with the “Summer Breeze running through the jasmine of your mind.”
