eFormation is a learning community for ministry in a digital world. Culturally savvy, digitally literate leadership skills are essential in every congregation, and such skills are best learned by active participation in a community of practice. eFormation is another avenue where Lifelong Learning is serving as a continuous resource for clergy and lay leaders. The eFormation learning community is offering a 5-week online cohort for those digital leaders who seek a deeper understanding of the technologies frequently used for online ministry. The weekly sessions will be 90-minutes, focused on reflection, presenting new information, and then time for questions and processing. The Rev. Jim Keat and Sarah Stonesifer Boylan will lead this experience, creating a community of openness, experimentation, and learning. Over 50 leaders will be diving deeper into how digital ministry can be transformative and create possibilities for on-going connection and formation. The Very Rev. Ian S. Markham, Ph.D.  Dean and President
