New signs have arrived. We still have a few more that need to go in, but the majority are here. Hospitality and signage go together. We want to make the experience of our guest a good one. Finding your way around a campus is a key part of the experience. So, we have large, visible signs that clearly indicate where you are.
We have added gold letters to the signs on Quaker Lane. We have new directional signs (the bookshop no longer exists). And some of the buildings have new names. We are anticipating that this will all be completed by the beginning of next week.
This has been a major project. I am deeply grateful to John Erbe, the director of facilities, and to Griffin Warder, the facilities department operation manager. They have handled all the complexities from design through to installation. Thank you John and Griffin.
