About the Initiative:
Typical continuing education programs may inspire short-term bursts of new learning — but they do not yield long-term growth. Clergy need spaces to focus on their distinct challenges and develop new skills. Not once a year, but continuously. Not alone, but with mentors and peers sharing commitment to enduring growth. In Thriving in Ministry, we change the game for continuing growth by building clergys’ strong habits of self-assessment, experiential learning, and purposeful practice through sustained relationships with highly skilled mentor-coaches and colleagues in peer-learning groups.
